• "Live Stream" means real-time audio-visual broadcasts.
• "Platform" means our websites, apps, APIs, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You may need an Account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your Account.
• We may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Viewing the Service (Viewers)

• The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing unless otherwise permitted.
• You may not copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, or exploit Content without authorization.

• Live Streams may experience latency, interruptions, or degradation due to network conditions.

5. Streaming on the Service (Creators)

If you stream Content:

• You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to stream the Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, transmit, publicly perform, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for the Content you stream and for complying with all applicable laws (including copyright, privacy, and broadcasting regulations).
• We may impose technical limits (e.g., bitrate, duration, concurrent viewers) and modify them at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Stream or share unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful Content.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Circumvent security, access controls, or technical limitations.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means without permission.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform and its underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Except for the limited licenses expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Copyright & Takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• Identification of the infringing Content;
• Your contact information;
• A statement of good-faith belief;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate;
• Your signature.

We may remove Content and suspend repeat infringers.

9. Live Content Disclaimer

• Live Streams are provided as-is and may contain views or opinions of Creators, not us.
• We do not pre-screen Live Streams and are not responsible for Creator conduct.

10. Payments & Monetization

• Fees, subscriptions, donations, or revenue sharing (if offered) will be described at point of purchase.
• All payments are final except as required by law.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, streaming infrastructure). We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, legal compliance, or to protect the Service.
• Upon termination, licenses granted to you end, except where required to operate the Service.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnification
